Q: How much will the conference cost
for delegates?
A: Pricing is as follows:
- Regular registration, starting August 1, 2008 ($1,295)
- Regular registration and one half day workshop ($1,520)
- Regular registration and two half day workshops ($1,745)
- Registration and full day workshop ($1,690)
- Full day workshop ($395)
- Half-day workshop ($225)
- Onsite registration, starting September 23. 2008 ($1,495)
AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:
- EARLY REGISTRATION ($500 off onsite registration) Anyone who registers on or before July 31, 2008 ($995)
- Educational discount ($400 off the regular registration) - Faculty or graduate student at a university or college – need an image of your student card or faculty card ($895)
- Government Staff Discount ($400 off the regular registration) - Anyone who works for a government department or agency ($895)
- Non-Profit Staff Discount ($400 off the regular registration) - Anyone who works for a non-profit organization ($895)
- Awards Judge Discount ($400 off the regular registration) - For 2008 Excellence in Learning Awards Judges ($895)
- Multiple Delegates from same company discount ($400 off the regular registration for 4th and additional delegates) - For organizations sending four or more delegates ($895)
- Brandon Hall Research Library Member Discount ($500 off the regular registration) - For members of the Brandon Hall Research Library only ($795)
- Second or Third Speaker Discount ($500 off the regular registration) - For extra session speakers listed in the program ($795)

Q: Is there a discount for educational, government or non-profit
groups?
A: Yes, the price for these groups is $895.
Q: Is there a special price for customers of Brandon Hall
Research?
A: Yes, Members of the Brandon
Hall Research Library pay the lowest rate and can attend the
full conference for $795.
Q: Do speakers at the conference receive a discount?
A: Yes, the first speaker in a session received a complimentary
pass. Additional speakers in a session can attend for $795.
Q: How can I become a speaker/presenter at this conference?
A: Speakers have now been selected for this event. The call for presenters is now closed.
Q: Who's speaking at this event?
A: Conference sessions are being presented by some of the best speakers in the learning field. Download the list of speakers.
Q: How can my company become a sponsor for this conference?

Q: Can I volunteer to help at the conference in exchange
for a conference pass?
A: A limited number of volunteer positions are available for the
conference. Volunteers will need to be available for work for at
least one full day, on either September 23 or 24. Volunteers will
receive a conference pass for September 25 and 26. If you are interested,
please send a resume of your experience to conference@brandon-hall.com.
Q: Is there a discounted rate for conference delegates
at the conference hotel.
A: Yes, a special rate of $179 per night has been
obtained for a block of rooms for conference attendees. Subject
to availability, this rate may apply to bookings by conference delegates
for 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference.
Q: Which meals are included in the conference price?
A: A full conference pass includes the opening reception on September
24, and continental breakfast and a buffet lunch on September 25
and 26. Delegates who sign up for at least one pre-conference workshop
are also entitled to lunch on September 24.
Q: Can I use my laptop at the conference?
A: Yes, the conference will provide all delegates with wireless
high speed Internet access for viewing websites and receiving and
sending e-mail. Due to bandwidth restrictions, downloading of music,
video and large files will not be permitted with this Internet connection.
Q: Will session handouts be available to all delegates?
A: We are requesting that all presenters supply us an electronic
copy of all handouts and presentation slides. We will put these
on a USB drive to be given to each delegate.
Q: Can I connect with other conference delegates before
or after the conference?
A: Yes, there is already an Innovations in Learning Group in Facebook
that you can join in order to interact with others interested in
this topic. As well, we are setting up a social network site for
the conference, which delegates can access after they register for
the conference.
